We went up to Wilmslow to watch my daughter-in-law Sabrina take part in her first half-marathon. It was an un-seasonally hot day [not warm- hot!].
We saw her safely across the start line -and then took up our position to watch the field come home.
First across the line, not even breaking sweat...a training run for the London Marathon and setting a time for Olympic qualification!!!
But we were even more impressed by Sabrina...2 hours 11 minutes -FANTASTIC especially in that heat
